Alex Bonnick

Hi for those of you that don’t know me I’m Alex and I came from a sporting background where for years I have been competing at a very good level. I have had the chance to represent my county as well as competing at national level in athletics securing medals as well as learning from the very best coaches in the world.

The knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years through sports have enable me to train everyone that wants to train, get fit and improve their overall lifestyle.

For 3 years I have been working in the city helping people to achieve the results that they want in their fitness whilst improving their lifestyle. My style of training is functional, varied, fun and tends to focus on the clients needs.

Weight Loss | Toning | Strength Training | General Fitness | Sport Specific Training (includes training for 5k, 10k, runs, marathons, tough mudder etc) 

Qualifications:
