My passion for what I do comes from a national level sporting background where I represented my county as well as competing at national level in athletics securing medals and learning from the very best coaches in the world.

Bfitness cover South London and The City helping people to achieve the results that they want in their fitness whilst improving their overall health and mental wellbeing.

While we have experience and success training people of all genders, ages and ability levels, our special focus is on training for women to get into better shape, improve health and confidence, set goals and maintain fitness.

My style of training is functional, varied, fun and tends to focus on building clients’ fitness through core strength building as the foundation to any fitness goal.

The knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years through sports have enable me to train everyone that wants to train, get fit and improve their overall lifestyle.
