Personal training

We practice a broad range of tailored excercises and programmes based around core muscles, cardio and strength. Many of the exercises we do rely on body weight and measured build up of fitness through a dynamic range of movements.

Couples and groups

Train with a partner, friend or family member. Enjoy the benefits of training together and encourage, challenge and push each other. Training with someone is great for motivation and commitment as well as being fun.

Online training

You can sustain a regular training practice with affordable coaching from wherever you are in the world. We train clients at home or in a place that’s convenient to them via FaceTime or Zoom from anywhere around the world.

App programmes

We offer a tailored work out programme via our PT app. This brings access to on-demand training in the plam of your hand. Clients follow their tailored programme with with weekly check-ins to assess progress and accountability.
